Since 1991
Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, Ace Hospitality Services Group was established in 1991. Since then, we have grown into a multiservice nationwide cleaning and staffing company to various hotel brands, resorts, hospitals, restaurants and government facilities. For over 30 years, we have proven over time that our approach combined with quality and luxury provides results.
Ace Hospitality Services Group employs over 650 employees nationally. We are a company that believes quality service starts with valued employees. We focus on providing competitive wages and a full array of benefits to our full-time employees.
In the beginning, Han Kim, President and Owner of Ace Hospitality Service Group, Inc, started with the idea of providing exceptional night cleaning services. He performed all the tasks himself to ensure quality results. This knowledge, work ethic, and determination have been carried into the core of our business model. We practice what we provide and maintain a dedicated staff. Even our management staff have spent time polishing marble, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and waxing floors.
Ace Hospitality Services Group is a certified minority-owned business through the National Minority Supplier Development Council. We have followed a slow and steady growth pattern to ensure we are providing quality service to all existing and new hotel facilities. We do not employ a sales staff, instead focusing on our service to advance our good name. Through our dedication and passionate leadership, we have earned a reputation for delivering consistency using cutting-edge equipment, providing innovative training, and delivering a well-trained staff that meets and exceeds our hotel and facility partner’s expectations.
